How Long Does the Process Take? 

We offer expedited loan closing for fix & flip projects and can close your loan in as little as 5-7 days. There is an additional charge for these fast-close requests. Normal times to close Flip and Refinance loans are 3-4 weeks. Construction projects take more time.

Can I Get Capital If I Am a New Investor?
Yes, we have funding for New Investors. We are asset-based lenders. and most investors are able to get funding with good money management habits and payment history.

What's Needed to Qualify for Funding?
Although personal credit history is a factor, since we are asset-based lenders, it may be possible to obtain funding with less than perfect credit.

Do I need a business entity such as an LLC?
Yes.  However, it can be a newly formed entity as long as you have your articles of formation, operating agreement, and EIN tax id number from the IRS. 

Do I Need Collateral to Qualify?

Yes. We are asset-based lenders and only provide secured funding. We do not offer any types of unsecured loans.

Are Funding Amounts for Very Large Real Estate Projects Available?
Yes. Through our network of private investors, hedge funds, and high net-worth accredited investors we are able to fund projects

of $100 million, OR more, depending on the feasibility of the project, and your experience. We will work with you to structure the funding to meet your present and long-term needs. Funding may include debt, equity, a combination of debt & equity, bridge funding, construction, and mezzanine financing.
