Marty Wewerka helps real estate investors get the financing and capital they need to buy, renovate, refinance and scale investment portfolios. He funds loans in 42+ states from his home office in Gilbert, Arizona, with a focus on the Midwest, the Southeast and Texas.
His focus is investment property. He does not do traditional owner-occupied mortgages. Through Marty Has the Money, investors weigh their options for rentals, fix and flips, BRRRR deals, cash-out refinances, bridge loans, renovation, construction and larger commercial deals.
